Steve Alimandi

Steve brings over 25 years of facility management to his position at Langdon and has worked at an assisted living / memory care facility / skilled nursing facility for the past five. Prior to that Steve maintained facilities that housed at-risk youths where he also worked as a counselor. While there he developed programs and instructed teens valuable job skills in the construction and facility maintenance fields.  

Originally from the White Mountains of New Hampshire where he enjoyed hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and skiing. He relocated to the seacoast several years ago and fell in love with the area.  

When not at work Steve enjoys spending time with his life partner (Donna) and their Pug (Rocco). They can often be found exploring the New Hampshire Coast. He also enjoys woodworking and creating nautical signs.  

The friendly yet professional work relationships that exist between staff and residents is the reason that Steve states he enjoys working at Langdon Place of Exeter.
