Bailey Gates

Bailey Gates has over 10 years of healthcare experience. She began her career in skilled nursing and has also worked in Psychiatric and Medical-Surgical units. After earning her bachelor's degree in healthcare studies with a minor in Biology, she worked in medical sales before returning to her passion for geriatrics. Bailey is dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care for individuals living with dementia. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, spending time with her nephews and going on adventures with them and celebrating her favorite holiday - Christmas.
