Amanda Flanagan

Amanda Williams serves as Human Resources Director at Langdon Place. She brings more than 13 years of experience with Home Instead, a home health and hospice agency, where she began as a Staff Coordinator, coordinating home care and hospice services for clients and caregivers, and later became Human Resources Director. Earlier in her career, Amanda worked as an Activities Director at a nursing home, which sparked her lifelong appreciation for close-knit care communities. She has also pursued her Master of Business Administration at Johnson & Wales University.

Originally from Central Massachusetts, Amanda calls New Hampshire home, where she lives close to her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate Lab, Molly, and her two cats, Fenway and Fiona. She’s a devoted Boston sports fan, catches a game whenever she can, and enjoys coaching high school cheerleading.
